Dr. Kelly Moritz, O.D.
Dr. Kelly Moritz is a board-certified Optometrist in Therapeutics and Glaucoma and has been practicing full-scope Optometry in the greater Philadelphia area since 2016. She is originally from central Pennsylvania and grew up in the Hershey area. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biobehavioral Health from The Pennsylvania State University in University Park. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree and a B.S. in Vision Science at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, a part of Salus University, in Elkins Park
She has had extensive clinical training and experience working with ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, pediatric and geriatric eye care, as well as primary eye care. Her clinical experience has been obtained all over the country including Eye Centers of South Florida in Miami, FL, Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC, private practices in Wilmington, NC, and Penn State Hershey Eye Center in Hershey, PA. More recently, she has practiced in Philadelphia, King of Prussia, as well as northern Delaware. She maintains licensure in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Dr. Moritz is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association (POA). She is highly engaged in attending national conferences to keep up with the latest treatments and technologies in the eye field in order to best serve her patients. She specializes in comprehensive eye care, emergency eye care, as well as myopia management and myopia control in youth populations.
Dr. Moritz currently resides in Bryn Mawr with her husband and daughter. She enjoys offering the highest quality of care and serving all the eyecare needs to the communities she is a part of.
